Hours:

Full time (35 hours a week). Shifts fall between 12noon and close (11pm-1am)

Compensation:

Competitive wage based on experience


Duties:

  • Prepare food items (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning items, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in support with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Maintain a clean work station
  • Stock food items in the appropriate areas
  • Ensure that food comes out in a timely fashion
  • Comply with health and safety standards and regulations

Skills:

  • Experience an asset but not required
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Able to continue employment into the fall
  • Safe Food Handling and First Aid certifications an asset
