Compensation:

$33-$42,000


Duties:

Primarily administrative duties among our operations team. Including:

  1.  Answering Phones
  2.  Scheduling Personnel
  3.  Tracking Orders and Purchase Orders
  4.  Bookkeeping. (Excel, Quickbooks)
  5.  Customer Service/Follow Up
  6.  Assist with Payroll
  7.  Invoicing
  8.  Coordination with sub trades
  9.  Small Projects
  10.  General Inquiries.
